I have enjoyed using Explorer 100 Plus Portable Power Station. It works extremely well.

Loving the Explorer 5000 Plus with 4 extra batteries so far. Super simple to set up and use. There is some nonsense in the instruction manual about disassembling MC4 connectors from the solar panel to be able to connect to the power station, but my power station came with MC4 connectors attached to it ready to plug in the solar panels. The access panel and door to the MC4 connectors is also a bit of a nuisance as the door is kind of in the way and it is really hard to unplug the MC4 connectors in the small space. Lastly, wish the extra batteries were not “smart�?batteries. That is, I wish they did not have electronic controls required to be able to “turn them on�?to supply power. As confirmed by Jackery, if those controls break or get fried, as might happen from an electromagnetic pulse, the batteries won’t work. Oh, and I love the fact that a 240 volt output device like the 5000 can be charged from a 120 volt outlet. This works great for my application.

Works great and runs my cpap for several nights while camping.

I recently purchased 4 generators - the customer service has been outstanding. The exchange process was easy and efficient. I tested all the products and was very satisfied with the dependability of the products. In the last six weeks, my family and I experienced three hurricanes and were comfortable with our backup power plan. My neighbor has purchased two generators on my recommendation.

Have had the panel only a couple weeks, but so far so good. I have used the USB-C and the USB-A ports to charge several devices. Of course, the time required depends on the intensity of the sunlight, but the panel works well. I plan to use this panel while camping and possibly backpacking. Construction materials seem pretty good and durable. I rated it 4 stars only because I do not have any long-term usage on it to see how well it holds up over time, and I do not have a way to measure its full power output on the DC port to see how close we get to its full capacity rating of 40W.

Used it for friends airbed during camping. It lasted for 2 days charging multiple phones, tablets and rechargeable lights. Highly recommended!

So, after I purchased 300 power station from Target, once I add that info too Jackery, I noticed same priced units are offered with solar panels, yet I just purchased mine for about $100 bucks, I'm sure others did the same thing, But I went ahead purchasing the panels instead of returning a brand new power station back to Target only to get both on here. so maybe from a lost product sale item for both, I was thinking some kind of coupon with significant value , would be awarded.. instead a Decent one only popped up with a $2000 purchase.. big pass .. Ill just deal with it and penny pinch shop on everything else. I haven't used solor panels yet.. I used station several times now.. Good Investment.

This item is not charging the Jackery the USB A and C output on the solar panel cable work but no power gets to the power bank despite having the panels in the direct sun for 6 hours.

Awesome product, small enough to fit in a backpack. I bought 3. One can charge a medium sized jbl speaker in 5 hours.
