Small but efficient device, I have not used it extensively, But I have enjoyed it as I've used it.

This is my second unit from Jackery. Love them. I bought the 5000 plus for backup for the coming storm season here in Houston. Mainly to run the refrigerator. The great sale and stackable coupon sealed the deal.

I am very happy with this system. It's easy set up and works great

I can load at 4000w with 10 panels, I got 7500w out, charging car. It consumes a lot by itself I guess around 100w. Errors will switch off ac outlet . This one will NOT work with ground neutral bond. You will get f6 errors. Also does not need it as 14/50 plug works without. Customer Service is outstanding in fact probably the best I ever had. Fast and helpful.

The Jackery powered a 12 volt Costway refrigerator for 4:00 hours. The Costway draws 85 watts on initial start up. The Jackery Expv300 Plus passed the trial with flying Colors.

When mine arrive there was a huge gouge in the outer box, inner box was unharmed. Big thumbs up for Jackerys packaging. Battery Pack in great condition.

I previously had purchased a 2000 Pro & the new 2000 Plus with it's battery packs for expansion is exellent! With the Jackery solar panels (Saga 200), I am able to lower my utility bill & we are ready for huricanne season with possible loss of power.

The battery works great, love the interface with the app and how it allows you to track inflows and outflows. Customer service has been delightful to work with. Couldn't recommend Jackery more. Two of our friends have purchased solar generators since we bought ours.
