30-Day Returns

All eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and inserts must be included

  • Products must not show signs of wear, use, or damage

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been used, installed, fueled, or activated

  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Special-order, custom, or clearance items (if marked non-returnable)

  • Freight-shipped items (unless damaged on arrival)

  • Returns requested for price adjustments after purchase

  • Orders placed using store credit or gift cards

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team at sales@turbogenny.com with your order number

  2. Our team will review eligibility and provide return instructions

  3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly

Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to an error or damage.

Exchanges

If you need a different product:

  1. Request a return for the original item

  2. Place a new order for the replacement item

  3. Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued

This ensures the fastest way to get the product you need without delays.

Order Cancellations

To ensure fast shipping, orders begin processing shortly after placement.

Cancellation Window

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of placing your order

  • Requests must be received during business hours

  • If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, it may be canceled at no cost

After the Cancellation Window

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processing or shipment begins

  • Delivered orders may still qualify for return under our standard return policy

Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused:

  • The order will be treated as a return after shipment

  • Shipping and transaction fees may be deducted from the refund

  • Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Inspect packages upon delivery

  • If visible damage is present, note it with the carrier or refuse delivery if possible

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number
