Explorer 2000 v2 w/ (2) 200W Solar Panels

I love these little powerhouse generators. I already had the Explorer 2000 Plus, one battery pack, and (2) 200W solar panels. Now we also have the Explorer 2000 V2 and two additional 200W solar panels. The battery technology you get with Jackery is the best and knowing they will last a very long offers great piece of mind.
* I spoke to Jackery regarding the lack of protective solar panel covers since the first two came with them and this pair did not, which is kind of a bummer. They said the new panels have newer technology, but unfortunately no longer come with the protective covers. I encouraged Jackery to at least make the covers a cost effective "accessory" so I don't need to keep them in the boxes in between uses. You can see how nice the old cases were. Now, I had to cut holes in the top of the box for ease of transport...but Jackery could do better!

Peace of Mind

As a nearly 70-year-old woman, I can move this battery easily from room to room. It will run my Harman P68 pellet stove, which heats my entire house, for 20 hours. It will run my large refrigerator/freezer for the same. With my solar panels operating I can keep my heat, refrigeration, and freezer running indefinitely by rotating the battery among them. The app is outstanding and easy to use. I hope to purchase a second 2000v2 in the future.

The 2000v2 is a great addition to my prep for electrical outages. Just for one, i ran my FULL size fridge till the unit pooped out. It ran my fridge for exactly 24hrs. It charged back up in less than 2hrs. Theres more but i wont bore yous. Love this thing, thanks jackery

Using for marine application

Currently testing to be a power source on a commercial vessel. Will have a better review in a couple weeks.

Purchased for a power backup for our pellet stove

Ordered it during the post Black Friday sales, got it plus the solar panels as an emergency power supply for our pellet stove. Looks to be able to supply power to it all night as necessary. A piece of mind…thanks Jackery

This is the one!

Did a lot of work researching different manufactures to find the best one to fit my family's needs. But after reviewing everyone's products, I'm very happy to have gone with Jackery. Just have to wait til next year to get an additional battery. A+ in my book

I'm am waiting at least a week or more to get feedback on why my older Jackery 1000 DC car charger doesn't seem to work with my new 2000 V2. Otherwise things are working well.

Explorer 2000 V2

I have been looking at solar and lithium battery for my camper van and the idea of also using it for emergency backup power at home was intriguing. I like the size, weight and simplicity of the 2000 V2. Jackery is a trusted brand and the website is easy to navigate with all the information I needed. I look forward to using the 2000 V2 for years to come.

Using it almost every day to find out the power draw from various appliances in our house. Very happy with product. Wish we would have had it during Helene. Better than the gas generator. panels work well.

So far so good

We have not used it extensively yet but we did test out the all of the main functions (Solar Charging , 2KW output capability, 12DC output)
We like the weight and small size.

Does the job!

Used this device at one of our events for two straight days. Barely used anything. Highly recommend. Haven't used solar panels yet, but I'm confident they will perform as advertised.

Haven't tested the solar panels

Haven't tested the solar panels, but the generator itself works great. It's pretty heavy though. It feels like it weights more than 40 pounds, and I'm used to lifting my 60 pound dog

Never thought it would work so well. Just had it up at my camp for a week. It’s off the grid. Only used my generator once to charge up the jackery. From 1percent to 100 percent in one and a half hours. Love it. Good job Jackery!

Just got and I think this a game chager!

Have yet to put this thing through the ringer but the Jackery 2000 is a BEAST. Light weight and lasts a long time! Love it!

Nice case for my generator

I like this case but it could be better. It seems to be very well made and made with high end fabrics. My only complaint is it would have been nice if there was more storage for the cables for my solar panels and power cable. The small net on the lid could have been larger with a closing so they don't fall out when flipped open or a pocket on the back side of the case. Or even if Molle straps were on the back I could add a YETI pouch.

Website not the easiest to navigate.
Too bad the battery pack doesn’t accept AC output. Cannot locate AC output reset button mentioned on page 5 of manual for Explorer 2000 plus

Explorer 2000 and 200W Solar Panels

I was very impressed with how nicely this is made. After charging it, I used it to run my small rock tumbler, mostly to get familiar with the display symbols and buttons. Then I put it on the front patio for Halloween and hooked the lights and creepy music up to see if I could find everything in low light conditions. Also did coffee and ran the hotplate. Solar charge test has to wait, cloudy and raining. 2 main uses will be in case I have to camp out somewhere for wildfire evacuation and moving some things off house electricity on "energy saving days" in the summer. I'm very pleased so far and don't know why I hesitated so long to upgrade from propane camp stove and lanterns.
