I'm not your typical Solar Generator user. We had a particularly bad power outage during a bitterly cold winter storm at the start of the year. The cold got to the point we were about to abandon the house and get a hotel. So we got this to run our gas furnace off and on just to keep the house above 50f throughout any outage.

An electrician praise the brand of this transfer switch that came with the bundle, and was impressed at how many watts the SG2000 could put out.

Personally I've been happy with all of the features and only found 2 of them lacking
1. software, I would like to be able to balance charge all 3 units to 50% for storage for the spring/summer/fall times. I can sort of do this, but it requires charging them all to full and then discharging it to 50.

2. While praised by the electrician the transfer switch did have a loose wire that needed fixing. It was very obvious the moment you manipulated the plug, so it wasn't a hazard straight away. But checking wires with any kits is a smart safety step regardless.

The solar panels are VERY cool. they have a great handle for carrying, fold up very easily and nicely, and each solar panel's DC cable has USB ports to charge devices directly from the panels. We'll be deploying these if a power outage somehow outlasts our rationing plan for the batteries.

I bought the 6000 watt bundle to be able to run my travel trailer with. It came with 2 -200 watt solar saga panels. I set it all up and had the panels doing input as I was using it. Running bare minimum the input exceeded the output on my sunny days. That said, I never got above 280 watts of input. A tad disappointed in that. As I used more power, the output would overtake the input (as it should) but it still ran everything well and managed to keep up for the most part. I had my 1000 plus with me as well and eventually hooked the two 100 watt panels up as well. It didn’t add much but it was a little boost. All in all, I’m impressed at what I can do. Wouldn’t want to be in extreme heat as this will not power the ac, but it gets the job done for what I needed. Plan on adding to it in the future.

Exceptional product and customer support!! I ordered the Jackery Explorer 2000 Plus and two additional batteries. Everything came packed exceptionally well there is no way it could have been packed better. In keeping with the "green theme" of the company, all packaging is void of styrofoam or plastic!

Getting things set up and charged including the two extra batteries was easy as can be. I just plugged it into the wall and shortly everything was charged.

I have not used the solar panels yet, however they are incredibly well built and I look forward to using them.

The Jackery app it is easy to use and is very intuitive.

If you are on the fence about purchasing a very high quality solar generator, do not hesitate! This is phenomenal!

Love my Jackery !!! Product was well packaged and arrived in Great Shape. Easy to set up. Had an Electrician connect the transfer box to my Breaker box. We are now ready for an outage that we hope never comes. Great peace of mind. No propane bottles or gas cans in my garage . This thing is clean, compact and expandable if necessary.

Bought the 2000 plus kit for hurricanes and power outages, it was packed very well, but still one of the wheels are bent, I did not complain due to the fact that my plan was to always put it on a roller platform. I have not had the need to use it yet, but I also bought the small 300, and have used it on camping trips, I have ran a small fan and charged all cell phones and it used 50% of its power in one day, then I recharged it. I am very impressed with its portability and battery. I love the jackery battery generators, I originally purchased after recommended from a friend and now I have also recommended it to friends and family.

The battery works great, love the interface with the app and how it allows you to track inflows and outflows. Customer service has been delightful to work with. Couldn't recommend Jackery more. Two of our friends have purchased solar generators since we bought ours.

I've been using, and expanding, my Jackery system since late 2023. I live off grid in the Colorado mountains year round. I can now power internet, run computer, run refrigerator and charge phone, watch, headlamps, flashlights. I started with 2000 Plus with one battery (4kwh) and a 7200 watt dual fuel generator. The generator didn't last at altitude, so I expanded my Jackery system. I've just added a 2000 Plus 6kwh with connecting cords, making a 10kwh system. I now have six 200 watt solar panels.

Jackery Customer Service is great, any questions are promptly answered and they stand by their warranty.

I am very pleased with the 2000 Plus series and its ability to expand to 24 kwh.

I love my Jackery solar system and recommend Jackery.

I’ve only used it once and seemed to do what it said on the tin.

Delivery was quick and customer service was good.
I will definitely be buying a battery pack or 2 going forward or even a bigger unit

I have tried the competition, and have been using Jackery exclusively for years! We have several sizes we use depending on our needs. Two years ago I purchased the Jackery 2000 plus for backup power in the house. We've had three power outages this year and have been able to keep the refrigerator, TV, and the fan on our wood stove going. We just purchased another 2000 plus and two add on battery packs. Can't say enough good things about Jackery!

Great deal on a great product. Now watching for the 200W solar panels to go on super sale. When they hit $700 or less I'm jumping back in.

I received my equipment quickly. Amazing how the products were packaged. Arrived with 58% charge and in 4 hours AC charged to 100%. Very nice.

I feel that I am doing something for cleaning the environment.

My wife is on PD(Peritoneal dialysis) & does her dialysis at night while sleeping using what's called a cycler! I wanted a sure source of power to complete her treatment when/if the power goes out! This system fits the bill.

Purchased 2000 plus w/2000 battery in May 2024. Paid an electrician $400 to wire it in to a separate panel. When Hurricane Milton hit we were all set. Work great for the several days power was out. We recharged it from an inverter every afternoon for 2 1/2 hours. Had ceiling fans, TV, internet, microwave, all outlets, power shades, lights, etc.

Everything arrived and I am impressed. If I would have waited for Cyber Monday instead of Black Firday I would have saved hundreds of dollars.

As I have aging parents living in a remote rural area where power is often spotty this unit has been a major help in caring for my family.

Excellent product, however, not being able to purchase/order a solar unit protective cover dictates a four-star rating. Please address this short coming.

I fought buying one for a long time. After the Mountain fire in Ventura County, my wife said " this is now a common occurrance where we loose electricity everytime we have Santa Ana wind conditions" Well? if you don't want to spend another day or two without electricity, The Explorer 2000 + is the answer. My wife is really happy with it, and by default, so am I.

I hope I love this! Just trying to hire an electrician to hook everything up for me!!
