Like many reviews prior to purchasing, pulled the 2000 Plus out of the box and it displayed 48% charged. Then unwrapped the 200 watt solar panels and plugged in, set in full afternoon sun, and watched the input wattage go to 340! Very impressive since it was late in the afternoon.

Everything works great! Very satisfied with the entire package; it will do exactly what I need it to and highly recommend this unit to everyone. Super easy to use and maneuver.

The solar panels did not come with storage bags, so I will stow them in the double wall cardboard boxes each was shipped in. Very strong and will minimize damaging. A padded bag for each solar panel would be nice.

I did plug into house power to finish charging to 100% capacity (the sun went down) to complete the first full charge. Ready to rock and roll now!

Plan is to use it at my home for emergency situations if/when power goes out - which is thankfully not typically very often. Have not had to use it during a power outage yet, but during a a day of testing- it performed well running our kitchen refrigerator, home Wi-Fi, lamp and fan�?plus separately an air fryer and coffee maker. The air fryer was the biggest hog reducing battery life, followed by the coffee maker I forgot to turn off.

The first charge to 100% was with the home outlet and was very fast to charge.

The solar panels were used after the test and worked well until I ran out of daylight�?then finished with the outlet.

It stores neatly in a closet both I or my wife can easily access to setup.

App works well too - easy setup.
Overall very happy and feel confident it will perform when needed!

Amazing it was expensive definitely but I did appreciate the coupon definitely I went off grid with it and we love it we live in camper and power up everything at least for 2 days with out charging but using everything so I'm very happy that we got it we have a small jackery that we relied on but now we have no problem with power

I purchased this for my camping needs when power is not available at camp sites for use with my Class A, Pop-up and truck camping. To date I have only used it with my Class A which has an on-board gas generator (which is not useable during quiet hours at parks). In conjunction wile running appliances on propane, the 2000 Plus powered me through the night with heat and general lighting with power to spare the following morning. Once noise restrictions are lifted I was able to recharge plugged in to my RV with the generator running in less than the 2 hours expected and or recharge and maintain with the 2 panels that came with my system. I am very much liking the system and contemplating purchasing additional panels to supplement the charge rate I already enjoy.

I'm using it as an EPS for my internet and entertainment system. Works great on battery save function. Maintains charge to 85% then comes on seamlessly when power goes down. I'm good for 12 hours before needing a charge. Customer service is good. It would be nice if the phone app wasn't required for certain functions, like turning on battery save.

With this model I’m able to run my ac over night and run my creailty 3d printer. I really enjoy how fast it charges and how long it lasts. Look forward to adding the extra battery pack for longer life.

Was easy to set up. I love this company! I have had 300 explorer for my CPAP and camping for years and it’s awesome. I recently bought a 1000V2 for my computer for blackouts. It supports my router, computer, four screens and my coffee hot plate for 10 hours. I bought this new system for refrigerator backups for shorter term for 2 refrigerators so I don’t have to haul out the gas power generator. I’m excited for the 3000 V2 when it comes out and am planning on getting one whe it rolls out. My wife doesn’t understand but I love the security I get for power short term and the potential to stretch out the use with the panels

Awesome product. Have a few of the smaller ones which are very handy. Sweet fit for house and car hauler to power lights and radio. Not as heavy as I thought and wheels with handle a plus

Our new Jackery Explorer 2000, extra batteries and Solar Saga 200 panels work as expected and perform well. The system is able to power a heat lamp for our chickens overnight reliably. The only improvements we would want would be longer cables for the solar panels and better WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity over a longer distance.

Love my new 2000 plus generator! It’s all well thought out and designed. Easy to use and set up. My only critique is that I wish there was a security spot to chain/lock the generator.

The generator is a good generator. I did try to plug in a heater for that generator and that heater only lasted about one hour on one charge really not as long as I expected but considering that the generator is 1500 W, I can see that I’m going to try to plug in Solar panels and see how that works

I like the fact that the panels are interchangeable with my smaller Jackerys. I also love the fact that it can be used as a battery backup. I bought this on a black Friday special and was supposed to get a discount and never did. I do feel like a did get a little ripped off.

So far I love it but haven’t really gotten it set up yet. Putting it on my sailboat and needing to add a bunch of connections. It would be good if you had a connection for the sailboats and not just the campers. They are different and you do advertise them on as a boat generator. I think it will be great, just have to finish getting it set up. Thanks

We have charged our generator and the battery, but have not operated it yet. My problem was that your owners manual is not sufficient. Many people with no background in generators or electricity buy these; we need more instruction. We had to call customer service then wait for an email before we got our battery charged.

We ordered the 2000 Plus and it arrived in perfect condition and quickly. I would give 5 stars, but Jackery dropped the prices on the 3000 Plus and 5000 Plus to levels I would have bought them over the 2000 Plus. Otherwise, I love the unit and solar panels.

Bought the 2000 Plus portable power station. It arrived quickly & well packaged. Charged it up to 100% really quickly and couple weeks later tested it by letting it run my full size fridge. Ran it with no problem all day & half the night for about 16 hrs. Recharged it back up via ac outlet again really quickly, Ready for the next storm. Overall very satisfied with the product & it's service so far.

After Hurricane Helene we were left without power for 11 days here in South Carolina. We ordered the Jackery generator early in the week and it arrived in 4 days. We were amazed! It is a must have in these unstable days we live in.

Purchased package deal with 2 solar panels and didn’t charge as fast as I expected. I guess I need 4 panels?
