Mogillon Rim Payson Arizona camping trip test

While testing the 2000 plus kit I unfortunately found that one of the solar panels does not work, I switched the cords from the two panels Incase it might be that but the same panel did not work and the other panel did with either cord so that concluded to me what is wrong !!!
Can we please arrange to switch the solar panel as quickly as possible, thank you !!!
I’m heading back early and will be taking another trip up to the mountains after I have the new panel to try another field test !!!
So far the power bank seems to last quite a while even with only one panel but I am being conservative with my usage !!!
Thank you
Sal Russo

Solarsaga 200 needs a center grommet

The system works great. I get optimal solar input by mounting the panels when I am not travelling. Six grommets as opposed to four grommets on the SolarSaga 200 would improve simple mounting. I am surprised Jackery doesn't provide a simple mounting solution

Money well invested!

We live in the Clearwater/Tampa area of Florida so we have been looking to invest in a Jackery unit for years and with all of the awful hurricanes we have been experiencing we decided to pull the trigger. Several friends have told us they love their units and know they can rely on it so that helped give us the peace of mind to make this investment. We have been fortunate enough to not have to use it so I will have to come back to make an update once we put this bad boy to use. So far here is my feedback- we got the 2000 and I was amazed with the small size (still very heavy) and how quiet the unit was when I tested it. Even the charging is nearly silent. They made moving the unit simple with the handle and sturdy wheels so it feels like you are toting a suitcase. Even the charging cord is well made! All around great product! The only thing I would have done differently is bought the 3000w bundle with 2 panels solely because GO BIG OR GO HOME right? Several friends are already going to be buying units for their houses after seeing mine. 🙂

Very Nice solar generator

I bought this as backup to my gas generators if there ever is an issue finding gas during a power outage. I bought two to connect together with two extra batteries. Testing worked fine connected to my house's transfer switch. I was running two full size fridges, a full sized freezer, two TVs, and two lights. After 2 1/2 hours I was down to 75% without the solar panels connected. You lost 1 start for panels not being completely waterproof and not being able connect other rigid fully weatherproof panels.

Jackery has the power and customer service

While to is isn’t the ideal situation, I had my jackery 2000 set a fault F0. Emailed help via jackery. Not even 12 hours later I had my tracking info for my return.
Besides the fluke of my fault the explorer 2000 pro is an absolute BEAST. Running my domestic 95l fridge outside in the bed of my truck with easy. Probably gets 72 hrs on the battery pack alone. And for being in over 95 degree temps I gotta say compared to my other name brand power stations, they just can’t keep up with the jackery performance & CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’m still in shock how fast and easy it all was 10/10 recommend jackery

RV Camping

I have a 50amp travel trailer RV. I use a 50amp to 30amp reducer to plug in the 2000 Plus. It will power my main A/C unit(15000btu), microwave, electric hot water heater and electric fire place(one at a time) and only for a short time.

I recently went off grid with my family in the trailer. The 2000plus with 1-2000plus added battery pack run my trailer for 5 days. I had no reason to run the A/C because the weather was cool. I did run the gas furnace all 5 nights, 2-30 inch TVs, the trailers 12 CUFT fridge, starlink internet, toaster, blender, water pump, sons X-Box and charged 2 phones, 1 tablet & 1 laptop every other day. After 3 days it was low, but I still had my trusty 2000pro which charged the 2000plus and 2000plus battery pack back to 40%.
After 5 days all my Jackerys were died, but the trailer house batteries were still at 100% due to the Jackerys.
On average the trailer pulled 269 watts running the lights, TVs, internet, fridge, furnice and keeping the trailer batteries charge. At night about a quarter of that.
If I would have put out the 4 solarSaga 200watt panels I believe I could have stayed out for weeks, or intell I run out of propane and water.

I do a lot of traveling across the US for work. Stopping at truck stops, rest areas and the side of the exit ramps. It's nice having all the comforts of shore power when I stop for the night and rest.
Love my Jackeries and plan on adding more of the battery packs and panels to it.

In my collection I own..
2-1000 Explorers
1-2000 Pro
1-2000 Plus
1-2000 Plus Battery Pack
4-200watt solarSagas panels
2-100watt panels
Bought and sold my 3000 (Couldn't add on to it for my RV).

My only complaint is the 200watt solar panels. The magnet that keeps them together is so strong it strips the screws out when you pull them open. Easy fix, replace the short screws with longer ones that pass all the way through the back side of it. Then cut and file flat.

I recommend buying Jackery. Solid units, well built and easy to use.

Jackery 2000 Plus

I previously had purchased a 2000 Pro & the new 2000 Plus with it's battery packs for expansion is exellent! With the Jackery solar panels (Saga 200), I am able to lower my utility bill & we are ready for huricanne season with possible loss of power.

Have not used this as yet / bought it for back up power for when the hurricanes start to blow. Hoping it works as advertised, will reevaluate after first power outage

Jackery Solar Generator

Appears to be solidly built and like the fact that this generator can be expanded to accommodate additional supplemental batteries.
The only negatives that I have found so far is that the system is pretty bulky - probably not an issue if using in at your house but could be if you are taking it on the road. The only other issues is that solar panels have somewhat flimsy supports. This can be an issue on windy days-will probably try to build something to hold the panels more securely.

Great peace of mind!

As someone who uses a CPAP and cannot sleep without one, having the Jackery Solar Generator 2000 Plus Kit makes the unexpected much less worry.

It's easy to setup and easy to charge. A few times a year you plug it in to top off the charge and no more worries. The solar panels add just that little bit of extra security in knowing we chose the right generator.

Security

It's only been a short time since purchasing my Explorer 2000 plus kit but in the recent snow storms my stress level stayed very low knowing I had it fully charged as backup to power my oxygen concentrator in the event of an outage. Thankfully that didn't happen this time but I know it will and my Jackery may well keep me alive.

Jackery 2000+

I bought 2 of these units and connected them with the Jackery cord that allows for 240v. Connected them to a transfer switch. I can power my well and fridge with this system Incase we have a power outage. Jackery support with this system has been excellent! They helped me figure out what would work through several emails. Answered all my questions. I highly recommend their products and their customer service.

Great product

Great product it works very well good quality. The reason for 4 star is the app is very basic and Jackery website doesn’t seem to work very well. The jackery point system is basically worthless as any coupons or discounts you earn can’t be used or at least in my case because when you spends a few grand on a system your not likely to spend another few grand on another. I was looking at adding a smaller unit for my car but I could not use the points I earned to help purchase it at a discount.
