Definitely a great investment! I use it often to charge my mobile devices during outdoor activities including my daughter’s fan for her stroller. Will be purchasing more Jackery products!

I couldn't resist this little unit when it was on sale a few weeks ago. First, it is much smaller than it looks in the photos, and very portable. Lots of power for charging (I've seen the full 100W out) and it can charge pretty quickly (I've seen it pull in the full 100W). I plan to put it in my carryon for the next flight. I've also tested the solar charging, with a pair of parallel 100W panels, and that worked fine too. It has become my daily unit. BUT, it has a serious flaw - both USB-C ports are bidirectional so it can't reliably be used to charge another device that also has bidirectional ports; there is no way to control the direction of the power, and I've even seen it keep switching directions, draining both. They should have made one USB-C port unidirectional. The solution is to charge other power packs with the USB-A ports, which works at the cost of high speed charging.

Small but efficient device, I have not used it extensively, But I have enjoyed it as I've used it.

The perfect addition to our power city. Always have it handy for the tablet and phone. Very portable. Brought it to our day at the beach.

This little guy packs a punch! Very handy, a little heavey but that's how it goes. I wish you offered extra C cables. I would buy a bunch of them.

The Explorer 100 Plus came in handy for smaller items like cell phones, tablets, usb personal fans, etc., during the hurricane. I didn't think we'd get much use out of it, but we did. Comes with USB-A and USB-C ports, which is very handy for the various devices we have, so we're pleased it.

This needs a tiny handle Because It's so small that it is easy to drop. It also keeps turning off after a while, And I don't know how to fix it.

I saw the Jackery 100 plus as it is the largest battery available to fly with and purchased the Dune color direct from Jackery (wife prefers the color). Always a Jackery fan, buyer and user. Your solar panels and power stations have served us well camping. Kinda a gut punch when I see the 100 plus now priced at $60 after I purchased one for $140 including tax. I wouldve bought 2 for that price.

Bought this for my starlink mini and it powers it great for the short periods that I need wifi while traveling across country and staying at rest stops. I haven’t used it steadily until it dies, only about 1/2 an hour with moderate SL usage. It’s worked well for that. One day I will try it from full to dead using my mini but I didn’t buy the solar panels so I’m deliberate with my usage until I don’t have to stay at stops that don’t have power.

The order came quickly and in good condition. I only have had time to try all functions and everything works.

The Jackery systems are excellent and appear to be as represented. Bought mine on Black Friday sale and it arrived promptly in multiple packages. Only criticism is that applying their discounts and gifts is cumbersome and do not work well. Along the same lines, be prepared to spend a lot of time trying to figure out the differences and benefits of their different systems. They badly need to improve and simplify/explain their product offerings.

Super easy to get started to charge the only thing I wish they would’ve included as a charging block but other than that, it’s amazing. I love all jackery products.

Finally, due to procrastination, I purchased my Jackery Explorer 100 Portable Power Station because, we have a power outage since this morning, enabling me to charge my phone quickly and seamlessly. It was easily understandable to put together and charge up. I highly recommend it, and I intend to buy a few more Jackery products.

I have these little Jackery models in both colors now and I love them. They really come in handy. Please make a Jackery 600 plus in Dune White. I would buy it immediately!

As the title states. This thing works amazing. Took it on a 5 day deer hunt to charge my ears and my phone. It lasted the whole time with no issues. It's small enough to throw in my backpack and was tough enough to resist being tossed around in the pack. I would definitely recommend this to any outdoors person.

Great product great service!

It is working well and I love that it us on wheels with a retractable handle. The solar panels are easy to carry. I just wish there was a supoort arm at the center, but it's easy enough to prop that area up. The bullseye feature for making sure they are angled directly at the sun is helpful. All power cords and adaptors are great quality. A shorter DC car charging time would be great, but the AC and solar are working out well. And last, but not least, excellent customer service! :)

After receiving my Jackery Explorer 100 - I charged it and tested it.
Wow - I was blown away by this little, tiny box!! It charged everything I needed it to with power to spare. Easy to use convenient size - LOVE IT!!!

I love Jackery product. I have two Explorer 1000 and one Explorer 300 and they have used on many occasions living here on the gulf coast. These have all been purchase via a third party but was confident in the product. I was excited to register and become a member and was also excited about ordering a 100 plus from the website to use daily. Much to my disappointment, when it arrived, it was damaged during shipping. It was my first time to communicate with Customer Support or I should say the lack there of communication. After many many attempt via phone, I finally had to communicate via email. Unfortunately, getting any response to my emails took a few day vs typical hours with other company's Customer Service. Once I finally received a return label to send back to receive a replacement, there was no communication via email or on my account online indicating it was received or when a replacement would be sent back out. I finally received the replacement several days later and once again I was disappointed in that the one I received APPEARED to have already been opened and not sealed. It also had no wrapping like the original one I received. At that point, I just made sure it charged properly and was in working order since I did not want to go through the hassle again of attempting to speak to Customer Support. I am sure I will be extremely satisfied with the 100 plus, however the lack of communication from Customer Support, has me very leery with ordering any additional product through Jackery's website. As expensive as the product is, I feel better care of the product during shipping should be taken and more personnel available to answer phones for those of us that would prefer to speak directly with someone.
